We consolidate in Adelaide and accept cargo from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth through partner carriers. Give us the pick-up suburb and we will price the inland leg.

Yes, but minimum charges apply because every consignment requires receipting, documentation and a customs entry. Combining with family cargo is often cheaper.

Air freight to Roberts International Airport can be arranged on request. It is faster and considerably more expensive than sea freight.

Yes. Liberian import duty and taxes are assessed by the Liberia Revenue Authority on the contents and value of the shipment, separately from freight. Your quote states what is included and what is assessed on arrival.

No. We provide an estimate and show how it was calculated, but the final figure is set when the declaration is assessed.

You name the consignee at booking. They present photo ID matching the shipment and sign for the goods. The consignee can be changed in writing before delivery is attempted.

We hold the cargo at our Paynesville warehouse for an agreed free period. A daily storage charge applies after that. We call before storage starts.

Basic carrier liability is limited and is not insurance. Marine cargo insurance can be arranged on request against a declared value. Tick the box on the quote form and we will price it.

Notify us immediately, before the consignee signs if possible, and photograph the packaging. Every piece is receipted and photographed at intake, so there is a record of what we accepted.
